This is the fourth shave in the hospital: same setup.

The Col. Conk Bay Rum Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh CH2 Pure Badger Travel Brush. Two passes with my GEM 1912 SE razor and a GEM Super Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This is a hospital shave this morning. The wife had a total knee replacement, so I stayed the night. I have brought along some things for a shave away from home. Cholula Badger Travel Brush

This is the travel brush I made with a Cholula lid and a pure badger knot (18x50) I ordered from China. The brush is just the right size for a standard pill bottle.

Jayaruh #3 and Jayaruh CH2

I received the knots in the mail on Wednesday, dry fit them in the handles, and epoxied them in place. Next step, test lathering.
