 This 400 type brush is made from Patagonian Rosewood. The knot is a 30mm Timberwolf Grey Synthetic from Maggard Razors.

These handles will take a 30mm knot. I haven't ordered them yet. The dark one is Patagonian Rosewood, and the light one is Canary Wood.

I ordered two 30mm synthetic knots from Maggard Razors, and they came in today. In anticipation of their arrival, I finished the handles with Minwax Polycrylic.

Here I have dry fitted the knots.
