Since our move to South Cackalacky, I am continuing to grow my beard, but I will be trimming it every other day or so. I am shaving my neck and mustache/soul patch area.

So, today, I started with a cold water rinse. I did a face lather with the Williams using the Jayaruh #425 Synthetic. Two passes and touch-ups with the Schick L-1 injector razor with a Personna blade left me clean and smooth. I finished off with the Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Old Spice Classic After Shave. I am now refreshed.

Friday's Cold Water Shave

We made our move from Hendersonville, NC, down to Simpsonville, SC; about 60 miles. It has been a rough and tiring week. I have found no time to shave since Sunday until today when I just shaved my mustache and neck with my Schick C Repeater. I lathered my Williams Mug Shaving Soap with the Jayaruh #425 synthetic brush. I finished with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Classic Old Spice After Shave. I cannot believe all the shaving stuff I have collected in the last 15 years. I must start thinning the herd.

This is my last shave in Hendersonville, NC, so I used what I had on hand. I used the Jayaruh #144 brush to wet my face. The Clubman Pinaud Classic Barber Shave Cream is a non foaming shave cream that I rubbed into my whiskers. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Trac // razor and the Trac // Cartridge Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave.
