I created this brush handle without a lathe. I went back and used techniques I developed three years ago. I love the RS 400 style brushes. They feel and work great, and they are fun to make.

I have made a horse to hold my 3/8 Milwaukee drill. I use sanding drums to shape the handles.

 I am finishing the handle with Minwax Polycrylic.

I have decided to go with the faux horse synthetic knot.
