Using an Injector Blade in the MMBT

Here is something I have scheduled for next week's shaves. I will be trying an injector blade in my MMBT Flying Wing. I am using a Supply Black Label injector blade. I put the edge up against the stops and closed the lid. Looking at the back you can see where the lid tab is pressing against the back of the blade. Looking at the front, the blade appears to be in a secure attitude, ready for shaving. I will be using this Monday through Friday (9/12-16) next week if all goes well.

Box 69 for Merkur Futur

I am making this box by request. It will hold a Merkur Futur Razor. I took advantage of some partial blue skys today to cut out the pieces and get them glued up.  I was able to put a stain on it before putting away all my equipment. These pictures are before I put the finish on it. 

I made the pieces for the razor and some blades and lined them with green felt.  I ran out of green liner, so I will get some tomorrow to line the lid. Next, I will put the finish on the box and then the hardware.

Update: It is finished.

I finished the box with Polycrylic, put in liner for the lid, and installed the hardware.
