These two brushes are glue ups. I am waiting on knots right now. The first is 80mm tall and the second is 69mm tall.

Here I have put two coats of polycrylic on the handles. The 2-band badger knot is just for show. Other knots are on the way.

Update: April 30

I received the Omega 48 brush today. I harvested the knot and set it in JR 410.

Got the knot out of the handle.

Sawed down opposite sides of the ferrule.

Removed the ferrule.

Wrapped the bristles to protect them.

Dressed the end of the knot for setting.

Opened the hole in the handle to receive the knot.
Dry fitting.
