It was another very nice shave today. The TABAC shaving soap face lathered easily with my Frank Shaving finest badger brush. I made two passes with the Cadet TP-30 and an Astra Superior Platinum blade. This was my second shave with this razor/blade, and I had no issues. I got a near BBS shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Dickinson's WH and Aqua Velva Ice Blue after shave.

A flawless shave today. the Proraso face-lathered wonderfully with the Frank Shaving badger brush. With the Slim set to 4, I made two passes and some cleanup on the neck for a BBS shave. Finished off with Thayers Cucumber WH and the Pinaud Clubman AS for a nice clean shave. It all came together for a super shave.

Great shave today. The Col. Conk face-lathered very well and provided an exceptional base for the Slim to do its job. Two passes on 5 and a little touch-up left me BBS. I dialed it back on the razor and got better results. I got some Thayers Cucumber WH and today was the first time to use it. I'm not wild about this scent, but it left my face feeling good. Topped that off with Aqua Velva Ice Blue after my clean up. Feeling much better after a great shave.

I had a little problem with the Col. Conk today. I had put it in the microwave for about 7 seconds to remove the deep concave impression. I let it cool over a couple of days, but when I tried to lather with it today it took much longer. I ended up adding water to the top and letting it sit for a while. Finally, I got some good face-lathering going. Set at 9, the Slim gave me a great near BBS shave with two passes and a little clean-up on my neck. Finished off with some Dickinson's WH and the Pinaud Clubman AS. Feeling great and smooth.

Another great shave. Love the way the Proraso Sandalwood face-lathers and smells. The Semogue boar has both backbone and softness and lathers almost effortlessly. Set wide open on 9, the Gillette slim continues to yield great shaves. That is one great razor. Finished off with Dickinson's WH and some Pinaud Clubman.
