Today, I did the first lathering of Jayaruh #446. The badger/boar knot is set in a birdseye maple handle. I used Van Der Hagen Luxury Soap for the test, and I built the lather in my 3D printed bowl by Roger Quingero.
It is a large knot, and it took on the loading process very well and it built some very nice lather in very little time.
Lots of beautiful lather.
It was a successful first lahtering. Now it is waiting for duty next week.
