I received this very nice razor from Tom in Burbank. It is a Gillette Tech that was squashed into a slant shape by a device that Tom invented. He also put a very nice aftermarket handle on it. It appears to be an Italian Barber Aristocrat stainless steel handle. The head does not have any date marks on it, just the regular REGUS PATOFF. On the inside of the base plate it says Pat.Nos.On Package.
