This Astra 501 just arrived from Germany today. It was made in Czechoslovakia. It has the case and three vintage Gillette Blue Blades. Here are some shots. It appears to be the same razor as my ISKRA from Russia, just rebranded. Schick made a similar razor that had a metal center post and knob, but otherwise looked the same.
Here is the Astra and the ISKRA taking an ultrasonic bath together.
The Gillette Blue Blades are made in France and are dated D1 which is the first quarter of 1934.
