I made this handle today with canary wood to take a 26.5mm synthetic fan knot. The first pictures are of the handle with the knot dry fitted. Next, I will put a finish on the handle and then fit the knot permanently.
First coat of polycrylic is applied.
Here, I set the knot. Knot measures 30x55.

I had this piece of zebrawood lying on my lamp stand calling to me. I have been thinking what I would like to do with it, and today, I decided to do it. I had this 30mm synthetic knot that was just holding a place for another knot for Jayaruh #432. So, I made this handle to hold the Maggard 30mm synthetic knot. I did not take pictures before or during its creation.
This 400 type brush is made from Patagonian Rosewood. The knot is a 30mm Timberwolf Grey Synthetic from Maggard Razors.
