I had some bocote wood, and I thought it would be perfect for Jayaruh #170. I planned to put my big knot in it, the 30mm Black & White Maggard knot. So, this is what I did today.

Here, I have achieved the basic shape.

I bored a 25mm hole which I widened to 31mm with my Dremmel. |

Update: May 16, 2017
The #170 is complete now that the knot is set. In the pictures the 30mm B&W Maggard on the right is compared to the 30mm Tuxedo knot on the left.
