Last November, I had received some Louisiana cypress from Rick on TSD. I got out a stick of it today and started playing. These handles are what came out of my time on the lathe.
In the pictures, the handles are unfinished and the knots are just dry fitted for looks. This wood has some beautiful grain patterns. I have a couple of 28mm synthetic knots coming from Maggard Razors. I will be opening up a couple of these holes to take the big knots. The two-band badgers may end up in one or two of these.
They are yet to be numbered, but they will be 178-181.
