Trade Complete: GEM 1912 Arrives Today

The package arrived today. It looks like the postage sticker must have fallen off in transit. The tracking sticker was loose on the bottom. I pushed it down. I don't think they stuck well to the masking tape used to seal the package. I am glad it finally arrived though.

The razor is in very nice shape. Evidently it had been refurbished and possibly replated.

 If you look carefully, you can see a Jim in a GEM. My camera is at the bottom, and I am at the top.

 I have the GEM scheduled for Monday's shave. It arrived too late for today's shave, and Sunday has its own setup. So, Monday it is. I will also be using my new Jayaruh #17 boar brush.
