The first test lather was with Van Der Hagen Delux Shaving Soap. I wet the brush and loaded it for 30 seconds. This is the lather I was able to generate.
Next, I used some Taylors of Old Bond Street Grapefruit Shaving Cream. I did ten swirls and began to make the lather. It lathers much better than the VDH.
