I have two synthetics and two boars coming. The synthetics will be here on Monday, but the boars are coming from China and will probably take about three weeks or so. I am going to hold off on finishing this one. It is two inches high, and I made the hole a little smaller and shallower for now. I will adjust it when I decide on which knot I will use.
Update: February 29
I made the hole bigger and deeper to accommodate the new knot that arrived today. I sealed the wood, branded the bottom, and got a coat of polyurethane on it.

After the second coat of poly dried, I set the knot with silicone.
