It was a beautiful day today, but we had some scattered rain, so I moved my work beneath the carport. The temperature stayed around 60 degrees so, it was quite pleasant to work. I patterned this brush after a Vie-Long handle. I decided to go with the dark walnut stain which plays well with the Maggard synthetic knot. All that is left at this time is to do the polyurethane and set the knot.
