Jayaruh #44 Begins

The JR#44 is patterned after JR#39. It was a beautiful day outside today. It got up to 66 degrees and sunny. I took the opportunity to sit outside and work on a new brush handle. I decided on this simple design and used oak for the medium. I completed the handle and sealed it with a clear seal. I will be using a clear polyurethane to finish it off. It will take a 24mm knot when ready.

Dry fit with Sunrise 24mm synthetic after sealing and before polyurethane.

February 2, Update:
After first coat of polyurethane. Ubersoft 2 synthetic knot.
