I have five handles that have been sitting around now for a while. I am not buying knots, but as I get them through trades or other methods, I will be putting them into an appropriate handle.
Today, we had some pretty weather outside so I took the opportunity to make knot holes for two of my bird's eye maple handles and a walnut handle (second from the right). Also pictured is a pine handle and three bird's eye maple handles that already had knot holes. The pine handle (third from left) is also pictured above. So, as it stands now, I have ten handles without knots. Five are finished and five are unfinished.
