This was kind of an English shave today with the MWF, EJ89, and Wilkie. I got the Wilkies from Scott, AKA DaltonGang on TSD, in a pif. He says they are from the late 60s early 70s. It was a wonderfully smooth blade. I just wonder where folks find these old blades. The Mitchell's Wool Fat Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #90 Tuxedo synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Edwin Jagger DE 89 razor with a Wilkinson Sword Super Sword-Edge Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
