Vintage Regis Shaving Brush

We were at Smiley's Flea Market today and I found this nice Regis shaving brush. It says: Made in Germany, Regis, Sterilized, Vulcanized on the label. I am told that the Made in Germany label makes it date before 1945. It is a barber style brush with long boar bristles. It looks like it has not been used.
