The Van Der Hagen Luxury shave soap face lathered well with my Made Rite/TGN boar brush. It provided great cushion and slickness. Two passes with my Gillette fatboy with Shark SC blade got me a close comfortable shave. After my cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Cucumber WH and Pinaud Clubman after shave.
