Just received the Taylor of Old Bond Street Lavender Shaving Cream, the third item of my Fathers Day gift cards. I am excited about giving it a try later this evening. It will be shave/soap number three for my new Semogue boar brush. Doing a different soap each day with the new brush. Then the plan is to do a tour of my single-edge razors.
Post shave note: The cream lathered very easily and made a thick, slick, creamy lather. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. A little bit goes a long way. This cream has already become a favorite, and promises to last a long time. I now have six creams/soaps, so I don't anticipate adding more. I will probably just replace/maintain.
