My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #220 brush. I did two passes with the Gem Feather Weight razor with a Gem Blue Star SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
I forgot to tell you I have my own Stahly Live Blade that was a familys member but he passed away back in 2014. Im about to go shave with it in memory of him.
ReplyDeleteHey, Jayaruh, I just got done using my papa's razor the now mine Stahly Live Blade. Here are my thoughts. The head shaves excellent, but I don't like the too small handle and the chunky knob. For right now, I'm going to use it as is since I don't have a spare handle to fit the head. But overall, I love the performance of the razor, it's a great shaver. How do you like yours?
ReplyDeleteThat is cool. Yes, I got my Stahly last year. It is a fine shaver, but the handle is just too big. I put a different handle on it when I use it now. However, I like the way the wind up mechanism works.
