My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Van Der Hagen Luxury Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #326 synthetic horse brush. I did two passes with the Micromatic Open Comb razor with a Gem Blue Star CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Barbasol Brisk AS.
