The selection of single edge blades is limited compared to double edge blades. My prefered blade for my Gem/Ever-Ready razors is the GEM by Personna. It is a stainless steel blade that is PTFE coated. It shaves very smoothly and last a long time.
The Treet blade is a carbon steel blade. They don't last as long as the stainless, but they are good shavers. I had some of these included with the ER24 I got in January of 2014.
I use the genuine Schick injector blades for my Schick injector razors. They are hard to beat. They are smooth and long lasting.
