This week I am shaving with my Gillette New Improved from 1921. When it came to me, the plating was almost all gone. I sent it off and had it freshly plated with rhodium.
I started with the cold water rinse. The Williams lathered well with the Jayaruh #425. I did one quick pass and touch-ups with the Gillette New Improved Razor with a PolSilver Super Iridium Extra Stainless Blade. After a cold water rinse, I finished with Brut After Shave. I am now clean, smooth, and refreshed.
